While my name hints at Greek origins or Venetian trade routes, I have made Istria my true kingdom. The Venetians loved me so much they named their wine shops after my family, but I didn't care for the travel. I dug my roots deep into the limestone flysch and terra rossa soils, deciding that the view here was too good to leave.
