REVIEW
Medium garnet color. Amazing rich nose with raspberry, strawberry, and bread. Palate offers raspberry and vanilla (amazing oak integration) with soft tannins. It has a sweeter character despite being dry, and mid acidity carries it nicely. Absolutely beautiful and super elegant.

THE WINERY
Miloš and Bohuš turned a childhood friendship into a serious winemaking duo in 2003. Based in Svätý Jur, they are the eighth generation to handle vines with a family history going back to 1677. They farm 12 hectares in the Small Carpathians and get sun-soaked grapes from Svodín for their reds.

THE WINE
The St. George edition is basically a greatest hits collection from the 2017 vintage. This Pinot Noir is the result of serious sweat in the vineyard and some very obsessive care in the cellar. It is a bottled version of the Life is Wine motto that shows what happens when you actually respect the dirt.
